Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance the company's administrative and operational effectiveness.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success that align with the firm's mission.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead the planning of annual planning meetings and team retreats.
- Develop and implement a financial planning and management process that provides timely and actionable information to management regarding the firm's financial performance.
- Oversee financial analysis, planning, budgeting, treasury management, and forecasting with support from the administration manager.
- Develop and implement a system to track and report out to the team regularly on sales and integrate this information into the organization's financial planning.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures with support from the administration manager.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure the firm complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the firm adapts accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Ideally 7+ years of experience in finance, operations, and compliance roles, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry.
- Ability to design workflows and processes for small to medium-sized companies.
- Strong financial and budget analysis skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and financial functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for impact investing and commitment to the regenerative economy.
- Ability to co-create processes that serve the needs of the company as well as flow as effectively as possible with the team to ensure compliance and operational success.
