Job Title: Sales Key Account Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Key Account Specialist to join our Commercial team in Guadalajara. As a Sales Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, creating joint business plans, and delivering superior in-store presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Facing:
• Develop joint business plans with customers to drive business growth.
• Create a positive Consumer Value Impression on P&G brands by sharing pricing data and analysis with customers.
• Lead customers to achieve sustainable growth through the use of Trade funds.
• Deliver superior in-store presence by providing tools and information to customers and retail resources. - Company Facing:
• Develop personal capability and coach others in your area of expertise to drive business results.
• Share and apply best practices among other teams.
• Support or lead special projects to drive business growth.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the proper management of Trade funds.
Requirements
- University graduate (any specialty) and 1-5 experience years
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
- Leadership
