About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Renewal Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team at Arista Networks. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through effective renewal management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Installed Base records are correct and up-to-date by working closely with Sales Reps, Customers, and Partners.
- Proactively prepare renewal quotes to ensure customers have the opportunity to renew before their support expires.
- Respond to queries relating to support, renewals, and Installed Base queries in a timely manner.
- Follow-up on customer-related issues, including processing RMA requests and updating the Installed Base and Service Contract to correct errors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals & orders management is preferred: 5+ years.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer proficiency.
- Knowledge and ability to forecast maintenance bookings and a strong desire and willingness to learn.
