Join Our Team as a Brand Manager

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a data-driven, customer-focused, and innovative individual to enhance our Consumables Retail division.

As a Brand Manager, you will take ownership of selected brands, driving growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while fostering strong business relationships with some of the most prominent brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Oversight: Manage the product portfolio of assigned brands, focusing on enhancing user experience and generating comprehensive weekly performance reports.
  • Vendor Engagement: Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors, serving as the primary contact to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues.
  • Business Growth Support: Conduct detailed analyses to identify business inefficiencies, propose operational improvements, and drive high standards in customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Strategy: Recommend effective marketing campaigns and ensure high-quality product detail pages to boost visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, project management, or purchasing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
  • Background in financial analysis, retail buying, planning, marketing, or supply chain management.
