About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at AC Hotel Guadalajara Mexico. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in preparing high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparation and cooking of meals according to recipes and quality standards
  • Leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Executive Chef, you will need:
