Job Description:

The Executive Chef will lead our culinary team in designing innovative menus, maintaining high standards of quality, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in fine dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and productive team environment
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, ensuring compliance with health regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability while minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with management to create promotional events and special dining experiences
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and receive feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in fine dining establishments
  • Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
