About the Role
We are seeking a Beverage Service Specialist to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by facilitating positive experiences with our in-room honor bar.
Responsibilities
- Inventory and maintain the honor bar, including restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and track inventory levels.
- Respond to guest requests and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with hotel management to ensure seamless operations and address any challenges that may arise.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role or related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
