About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta. As an In-Room Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by facilitating positive experiences with the in-room honor bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory honor bar, in-room accessories and promotional materials, and replace them as required to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar, ensuring it meets Marriott International's high standards.
- Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory, as necessary.
- Maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations.
- Prepare and push a restocking cart to floors where rooms are ready for inventory.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any issues regarding honor bar operation with hotel management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No related work experience is required, but you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You should be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Compensation and Benefits
