Business Development Specialist

Bildit is a leading force in the tech industry, known for delivering innovative solutions that drive business success and efficiency. As a Business Analyst at Bildit, you'll be instrumental in shaping strategies and improving operations for a company that's always pushing the boundaries of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs for the ecommerce app. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work with the product owner to convert solution needs into actionable user stories and refine acceptance criteria. Lead grooming sessions and manage the product backlog.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams. Handle stakeholder feedback and adjust plans as needed.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Partner with QA teams to create test cases and scenarios based on business requirements. Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the app meets business needs and provides a smooth user experience. Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and usability concerns through thorough testing and feedback.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend process improvements and innovations for the ecommerce app. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive ongoing enhancements. Contribute to product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and long-term strategic planning.
Ways of Working:
Follow established project methodologies and maintain professionalism. Be available during set working hours, attend all required meetings, and deliver on project commitments.

Requirements:
Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools, and a strong grasp of ecommerce terminology (e.g., PDP, PLP, Checkout). Ability to write detailed technical requirements and user stories. Advanced knowledge of Agile project methodologies. Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and preemptively address potential issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Fluency in English and Spanish, and availability for on-site work in Mexico City.
Benefits:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month. Full-time position. Fluency in English required.
