- Staff Selection and Qualification: Collaborate with HR to select new team members, and ensure they have the necessary qualifications and training.
- Budget Planning and Performance Control: Contribute to the development of annual budgets and plans, and monitor team performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in team setup, processes, products, and project work, applying LEAN principles.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an engineer in the automotive sector, preferably as a Product or Project Engineer.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of raw materials (plastic, steel, aluminum) and related manufacturing processes, fatigue and tolerance assessments, CAD design (Catia V5 or Siemens NX), technical project management, and Automotive requirements (AIAG, VDA, ISO-TS 16949, TS 14001).
- Language: Fluent in English, German desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and social competence towards internal and external customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to react quickly to changing requirements and conditions.
- Leadership: Particular capability to take over responsibility and ownership.
- Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per month.
- Benefits Package: Includes salary increases, savings plan, medical insurance, life insurance, additional vacation days or paid leave, and productivity bonus.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shift, morning shift.
