Importante empresa del giro metal-mecánica busca un profesional para el cargo de Analista de Soporte al Cliente Postventa (bilingüe):

**Requisitos**:

Experiencia de al menos 2 años en Servicio al Cliente atendiendo servicio de postventa
- Título universitario en áreas afines a la posición
- Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés
- Conocimiento sólido de sistemas ERP, preferentemente SAP
- Experiencia trabajando con tickets

**Responsabilidades**:

Dar soporte y manejar las órdenes de postventa a través del sistema de tickets
- Dar solución al proceso de quejas, devoluciones, reparaciones reciclaje, a través del CRM
- Dar seguimiento y solución a quejas de clientes
- Mantener comunicación con clientes y áreas internas para dar solución a las quejas

- Salario: $25,000.00 - $27,000.00 al mes
- Horario: Turno de 8 horas
- Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
