Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues reported by clients.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Provide application support until tickets are resolved.
- Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
- Ensure all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to (i.e. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management).
- Support Project Teams ensuring technology related projects are implemented successfully and on time with minimal impact to the production environment.
Requirements
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a technology related discipline; OR a combination of work experience, education, and training equivalent to a two-year college degree in a technology related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Strong knowledge in Java, Spring, REST API
- Knowledge in Unqork (preferred)
- English proficiency.
