As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels. You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.

**Requirements:**
* Excellent English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken)
* Experience in e-commerce and Shopify
