Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Customer Support team, you will provide Level 1 technical support to end-users and assist with billing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction objectives are met
  • Conducting online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing customers
  • Providing Tier 1 Technical Support for customer inquiries about TeamViewer software
  • Determining potential for sales opportunities and forwarding sales leads to the responsible teams
  • Making customer satisfaction calls and participating in surveying customers to further improve service delivery
  • FOLLOWING UP ON OUTSTANDING SERVICE ISSUES TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent Portuguese language skills (Mandatory)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years prior work experience in a high volume call-center, customer care role
  • Excellent oral and written fluency in English
  • Bilingual, Spanish or Portuguese a PLUS
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software
