Customer Service Liaison

As a Customer Service Contact, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and operation plans, ensuring seamless integration of customer requirements into our system, and resolving any integration errors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recognize and manage all customer demands for products by driving Sales and Operation Plans and Master Production Schedules.
- Ensure customer requirements are integrated into the system and resolve any integration errors.
- Identify and highlight large order variations between customer schedules and forecasts, ensuring accurate data supply.
- Release picking lists for customer deliveries if necessary.
- Monitor safety stock levels and alert when min/max levels are reached.
- Manage cooperation and logistics issues with external logistics platforms.
- Ensure correct parameters are applied to each reference (MOQ, lead-time, transportation schedule) and initiate corrective action plans if necessary.
- Be aware of and integrated in P1 and P0 projects (new references, new packaging, transfers, new customers).
- Ensure adherence to returnable packaging loops to prevent packaging shortages.
- Prepare customs documentation required for exporting if needed.
- Communicate complete, precise, and reliable information to customer contacts, adapting the method and frequency to the situation.
- Meet customer contacts regularly (once a year for major customers).
- Ensure customer demand (date and quantity) will be met by verifying feasibility internally (MPS Manager weekly, Procurement and Scheduler daily) and negotiate planned delivery dates with the customer if necessary.
- Ensure internal scheduling has been launched, considering customer priorities.
- Measure daily service rate for each customer and propose action plans to improve service levels.
