Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule appointments for technicians as needed.

- Organize and manage the scheduling of technicians.
- Strong English language proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Experience with QuickBooks, Payzerware, and Podium.
- Minimal accent for clear communication over the phone.
