Security Operations Manager

The Security Analyst role at Colgate-Palmolive is a critical position responsible for managing the processes of the Asset Security operation. This includes maintaining the integrity of information and ensuring availability for necessary effects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating processes, identifying deviations and improvements, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly review of SUA's for all companies to determine Social Security status and grant access.
  • Support Pro Watch and Maxpro management analyst functions.
  • Generate lists of companies eligible for access and deliver information to Accesses and Cecom.
  • Develop and deliver training on security guidelines.
  • Manage vehicle stickers, database updates, and filing of requests.
  • Send weekly gasoline consumption reports and file vouchers.
  • Count and send monthly headcounts for the Patrimonial Security area.
  • Receive, review, and safeguard personnel files for Security companies.
  • Update guard records and support fatigue counting.
  • Process supplier invoices for printing and obtain authorization signatures.
  • Deactivate personnel credentials for contractor companies upon withdrawal notice.
  • Request quotes for office supplies and review stationery, formats, and reception supplies.
  • Provide necessary paperwork for the Guard Service.
  • Request formats and copies for access control operations.
  • Support spend control management and generate exit passes.
  • Administer documentary entries for contractors' holidays.
  • Update seizure databases and indicators for security companies.
  • Receive Non-Criminal Background Letters from external companies.
  • Report requirements for new personnel and verify Restricted Access list status.
  • Provide telephone and face-to-face support to contractor company personnel.
  • Participate in extraordinary security events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year of experience in Patrimonial Security office management or equivalent.
  • Security control experience.
  • Basic-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience using Excel.
  • Desirable experience in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides; DataStudio).
