Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of facilities management services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party owners, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and manage facility budgets, tracking variances and ensuring smooth recovery processes.
  • Support the collection of management fees and reimbursements from tenants occupying space within the portfolio.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on staff growth and succession planning.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience leading integrated facilities management teams or services.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proven experience in Latin America, with a strong understanding of local market conditions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
