At Mass Precision Inc., a global leader in custom contract manufacturing, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About Us

We have over 30 years of experience excelling in the production of electronic chassis, frames, fabrications, and turn-key electro-mechanical assemblies built to customer specifications. Our expertise spans medical devices and military electronics for top companies in Silicon Valley.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will lead superior service, foster positive customer relations, and respond promptly to internal and external requests. Working closely with planning, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, and quality ensures on-time delivery of products.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding new orders, quote requests, expedite requests, change order requests, RMA requests, accounting issues, and other inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to address customer concerns.
  • Manage customer JIT programs efficiently.
  • Assist account managers with administrative tasks as required to meet customer expectations.
  • Prioritize prompt, courteous, and concise responses in all external and internal communications.
  • Enter sales orders, manage change order requests, and handle repeat quote requests accurately and timely.
  • Furnish timely and accurate account information upon request by Sales Management.
  • Maintain awareness of department procedures and policies, adhering to all company guidelines.
  • Evaluate and maintain customer satisfaction while upholding MASS Quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior Epicor knowledge is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and ensure punctual attendance.
  • Capacity to follow verbal instructions and be cross-trained in other departments.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Education & Training/Experience

Candidates should hold a High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5+ years of experience in customer service, boasting exceptional communication skills. Manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Salary Information

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $300,000.00 USD (based on a monthly income of $25,000.00 - $30,000.00). The work location is in-person.
