About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team at Molex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and wants to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Order Management Process, ensuring accurate document review, meeting minimum order quantities, and correct pricing.
  • Collaborate with Sales partners to share information and present a unified message, driving value creation for both Molex and customers.
  • Manage order changes in the SAP system and compile data reports on schedule agreement activity.
  • Participate in team meetings and departmental trainings to support CX activities, offering input and engaging with colleagues.
  • Suggest opportunities to streamline or automate procedures related to assigned activities and functions.

What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Availability for hybrid work arrangements.
  • Customer-facing experience handling inquiries in manufacturing or logistics environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills demonstrating the ability to express ideas clearly.
  • Organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
