Product Support Team Lead

About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Team Lead - Product Support, you will manage a team of customer support employees during US business hours. You will coach staff to deliver excellent customer service, maintain and improve key performance measures, and proactively manage customer issues. You may act as the first-level escalation for the team and deliver key projects to improve customer service. You will also contribute ideas to the Management Team and recruit and select staff that will fit within the team and meet key criteria for the role.
About You:
You're a fit for the role if your background includes a Bachelor's degree, minimum of 2 years of experience in a people manager role, and an excellent level of English (C1 or C2 level). You should have experience in working in a Customer Support environment, acting as a first-level escalation for the team, and have well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills. You should also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, have practical understanding of performance measurement statistics, and have some knowledge of project management techniques.
