Senior Information Security Technology Lead Analyst

The Senior Information Security Technology Lead Analyst - Tandem & Linux Platform is a senior-level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor, and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. This role is critical in ensuring the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citibank's data security policy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 engineering support for assigned systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate scheduled application changes to comply with Citibank's standards and risk & control requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Identify, develop, and implement technology improvements for assigned applications, ensuring alignment with Citibank's information security standards and best practices.
- Support business and security operational teams during routine or critical troubleshooting events, providing expert guidance and technical expertise.
- Evaluate new technologies to provide recommendations for simplifying system complexity and reducing costs, ensuring alignment with Citibank's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate technology development teams to ensure alignment with Citibank's software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- 5-7 years of experience in TANDEM and Nos Stop technologies, including NS SQL, NS SOAP, PATHWAY.
- 5-7 years of experience in UNIX (RHEL), Oracle TUXEDO, and knowledge of SALT, GWDOMAIN, WSL.
- 5-7 years of developing in C/C++ experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in JAVA and Web Services Knowledge.
- COBOL/ALGOL mainframe legacy coding knowledge.
- 5-7 years of verifiable experience in security systems or formal qualifications in information security.
- Experience working in a Financial Institution or a large complex and/or global environment.
- Project management or technological leader experience.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices.
- Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Skills in software development life cycle, UML, and Agile Software development methodology knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
