We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Group Specialist to join our team in Monclova, Coah. As a Credit Group Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the successful implementation of our microfinance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to clients and ensure their financial needs are met.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and make informed decisions to approve or reject loan applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure efficient and effective loan processing.

Requirements:

  • Age 24 or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in microfinance, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
