Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth

Collaborates with Hitachi Energy, Hitachi Vantara, and Global Logic to pinpoint and prioritize essential accounts, providing valuable insights on market trends and needs, thereby ensuring the attainment of sales goals and objectives.
Communicates the value proposition for the target market effectively to all stakeholders, aiding in the development and realization of standards through clear definitions and ongoing monitoring. Employs a consultative sales methodology with targeted clients to comprehend their challenges and, through a comprehensive understanding of Hitachi Energy, Hitachi Vantara, and Global Logic's digital offerings, identifies how our solutions can address client needs by leveraging our digital strengths.

Industry Insight

Collects and disseminates market intelligence.

Client Engagement

Establishes and nurtures robust relationships at senior levels with key clients, internal and external stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure effective communication within the segment.

The ideal candidate will cultivate a profound understanding of client challenges and utilize extensive portfolio knowledge to assist the commercial team in securing deals, ultimately becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a Master's degree being advantageous.
At least 15 years of relevant experience, including several years in consultative sales within a major software or complex sales and solutions organization.
Significant experience in the software sector with a proven history of increasing digital sales.
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across business units and to inspire and engage teams with competing priorities.
Proven capability to build relationships at the executive level with clients and partners.
