Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth Initiatives
Collaborates with Hitachi Energy, Hitachi Vantara, and Global Logic to pinpoint and prioritize essential accounts, providing valuable insights on market trends and needs to ensure sales targets are met.Develops and communicates a compelling value proposition for the target market segment, facilitating the establishment and achievement of performance standards through clear definitions and consistent monitoring. Implements a consultative sales methodology with targeted clients to uncover their challenges and, by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of Hitachi Energy, Hitachi Vantara, and Global Logic's digital offerings, identifies how our solutions can address client needs effectively.
Industry Insight
Collects and disseminates market intelligence.Client Engagement
Cultivates and sustains robust relationships with senior-level stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring effective communication within the segment.The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of client challenges and utilize an extensive knowledge of our offerings to assist the commercial team in securing deals, ultimately becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
At least 15 years of relevant experience, including significant time spent in consultative sales within a major software or complex solutions environment.
Extensive background in the software sector with a proven history of increasing digital sales.
Demonstrated capability to foster collaboration across various business units and inspire commitment among teams with differing priorities.
Proven experience in developing relationships at the executive level with clients and partners.
