Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth Initiatives

Collaborates with Hitachi Energy, Hitachi Vantara, and Global Logic to pinpoint and prioritize significant accounts, providing essential insights on market trends and needs, ensuring sales targets are met.
Ensures that the value proposition for the target market is effectively crafted and communicated to all relevant parties, facilitating the development and achievement of standards through clear definitions and ongoing oversight. Implements a consultative sales strategy with targeted clients to comprehend their challenges and, through a comprehensive understanding of Hitachi Energy, Hitachi Vantara, and Global Logic's digital offerings, identifies how our solutions can address client needs by utilizing our digital expertise.

Industry Insight

Collects and disseminates market intelligence.

Client Engagement

Establishes and nurtures robust relationships at senior levels with key clients, internal and external stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure effective communication within the segment.

The ideal candidate will cultivate a profound understanding of client challenges and leverage extensive portfolio knowledge to assist the commercial team in securing deals, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is essential, with a Master's degree being advantageous.
At least 15 years of relevant experience, including several years in consultative sales within a major software or complex sales and solutions organization.
Significant experience in the software sector with a proven history of enhancing digital sales.
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across business divisions and motivate teams with competing priorities.
Proven capability to build relationships at the C-suite level with clients and partners.
