About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Advanced conversational English
  • 3+ years of BA experience with any CRM platforms
  • 3+ Years of CRM (D365) Support Experience
  • 3+ Years Data Analysis Experience
  • Well-versed in SQL and Relational Databases
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar solution
  • Agile SAFe certified, or a similar Agile certification would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM System is a great plus
  • Implementation or migration experience with any CRM or ERP project
