A través de una plataforma tecnológica, ofrecemos a nuestros clientes finales un servicio de reparación de vehículos confiable, asequible y con gran servicio. Todas las reparaciones son realizadas por una red de talleres independientes que se asocian con Autolab (talleres aliados). Autolab atrae clientes a los talleres y les ofrece como valor agregado un software para manejar la relación cliente-taller. Este tech stack permite a Autolab controlar la calidad y eficiencia de la operación, logrando así un servicio único de cara al cliente final.
Estamos en modo crecimiento, expandiendo nuestra red de talleres aliados rápidamente y adquiriendo nuevos clientes para los talleres aliados.
**Sobre el rol**
El Business Development Specialist desempeña un papel fundamental en el crecimiento y posicionamiento de Autolab en México al hacer efectiva la adquisición de empresas con una flota. Su enfoque principal es comprender las necesidades de los clientes, ofrecer soluciones adecuadas, establecer relaciones sólidas y lograr acuerdos comerciales exitosos.
Además el Business Development Specialist suele trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos dentro de la empresa, como Marketing, Operaciones y Gestión de Productos para garantizar que los clientes reciban el nível adecuado de atención y servicio, así como para compartir información sobre las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes.
**Responsabilidades**
- Realizar negociaciones comerciales con los clientes, incluyendo la presentación de propuestas, la discusión de los términos y condiciones, y el cierre de acuerdos. Alcanzar el éxito Significa convertir las oportunidades en una Venta
- Evaluar las necesidades actuales y futuras de los clientes potenciales
- Asegurar el éxito de la prueba piloto de las cuentas entrantes
- Identificar y prospectar oportunidades de negocio AAA y VIP en el mercado empresarial
- Realizar un seguimiento y análisis de las actividades y resultados de ventas, mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes y utilizar herramientas de análisis como HUBSPOT
- Asistir a eventos de logística y movilidad, entre otros para hacer Networking y traer nuevos clientes
- Comprender e influir en una amplia gama de personas mientras actúa como un experto de la industria para el cliente
- Creación de oportunidades de mercado y relaciones que resulten en crecimiento de ingresos y penetración de mercado
**Requisitos**
- Debe tener un mínimo de 4 años de experiência en ventas B2B
- Buen conocimiento de herramientas como Hubspot, Salesforce (u otros CRM de ventas) y Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Debes ser una persona determinada, autogestionable, motivada y orientada a resultados
- Tener un espíritu emprendedor y pasión por construir y hacer crecer un negocio
- La humildad es necesaria para que se tengan todas las experiências de aprendizaje
- Debería poder comunicarse con energía positiva y compromiso
- Jugador de equipo, pensamiento claro, buen comunicador
- Metódico y orientado al proceso
