About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Regional Director to lead our efforts in driving business growth across Latin America. This is a key leadership position that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market-focused growth strategy to drive Choreograph's success in the region.
  • Build and maintain senior/executive level relationships with clients, leading with empathy and a focus on joint success.
  • Accountable for client satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and driving business growth in the region through client relationships and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a market-driven growth strategy to drive Choreograph's expansion in the region.
  2. Create and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, leveraging expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Partner with global SMEs/team leads to drive collaboration and innovation, ensuring seamless execution of regional goals.
  4. Promote Choreograph as a leader in data-driven business growth, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
  5. Contribute to the development of consultancy capabilities using available technology, advancing client capabilities in a sustainable manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful client engagement, with a strong background in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, marketing mix modeling, and econometrics.
  • Ability to work under pressure, juggling multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or Management, with a strong quantitative background.
  • You possess extensive experience in a highly analytic or strategic role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • You are self-motivated, a self-starter, and possess polished verbal and written communications skills.
  • You are familiar with data lake administration, ETL process management, and other relevant technical skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
