Product Lifecycle Oversight

Formulate the strategic positioning for products by assessing pricing, volume, market share, and profitability. Accountable for establishing regional strategies and sales approaches to enhance revenue. Proactively create and execute plans to fortify the product portfolio. Direct cross-functional teams in the development of new products. Assess products for potential obsolescence and end-of-life considerations. Actively participate in the strategic planning process to articulate and define the short, medium, and long-term objectives for the product line.

Client and Commercial Engagement

Cultivate relationships with key clients alongside commercial teams. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to secure significant business opportunities. Create sales enablement tools and support training initiatives. Conduct thorough market and product analysis. Maintain current market intelligence and competitive insights. Generate product evaluations to identify actionable differentiators.

Product Line Effectiveness

Collaborate across functions to drive ongoing enhancements aimed at improving market share and product line performance, including revenue growth, margin enhancement, cost efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines. Analyze and interpret data for the monthly reporting cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in Business Administration preferred. Proficiency in the English language. Over 5 years of relevant experience in product management, commercial management, or closely related technical roles is preferred. Capability to perform financial analyses, develop financial models, and interpret profit and loss statements. Strong technical knowledge relevant to the associated products and/or market segments. Experience collaborating with clients, commercial teams, and various sales channels. Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel. Ability to operate effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment. Preferred background in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
