We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in helping us provide exceptional service to our customers.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for detecting, preventing and stopping possible losses for our organization through account analysis and charge validations. You'll also be responsible for proving or declining charges requested by establishments or colleagues who are assisting our customers while traveling or in an emergency situation, through detailed analysis in order to prevent possible fraud.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- Fully bilingual (Advanced english) and adaptability different communication styles
- Regulation and policy knowledge, understanding and complying
- Digital dexterity: Navigate between screens, system knowledge, Outlook, Office, etc.
- High analysis capacity and risk evaluation
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in dynamic environments
- Highly committed
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Schedule flexibility (Mon - Sun 6:00 am to 12:00 am)
- Availability to cover 8-hour shifts 5 days a week
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactivity
- Excellent customer service
What We Offer
We offer a competitive base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location, as well as bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits package including:
