Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Operations Specialist to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up sales orders, reviewing new orders for compliance, and managing customer interactions.
Main Responsibilities
- Set up sales orders received by phone or mail for order entry daily.
- Review new orders for SPX compliance and address any issues with commercial terms, tax exemption status, and required supporting documents.
- Proactively date and notify customers of upcoming shipments and sales order status updates.
- Manage all order-related internal activities, including warranty and finance management.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial, Technical Services, Production, and Shipping.
- Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude when faced with challenges or setbacks.
Requirements
- Availability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Commercial and basic technical acumen.
- Self-starter and self-motivation.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
