Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Partner Marketing team in AMER (U.S. & Canada). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing demand generation campaigns with our strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing support and recommendations to our strategic Zendesk Partners, ensuring they have all necessary sales and marketing resources.

You will also manage the MDF process for Partners, including reporting on ROI and other results achieved through activities. Additionally, you will assist with pipeline reporting, making recommendations for new demand generation activities based on trends in reporting.

We are looking for a collaborative individual who is comfortable working across functional teams, including Partner Sales, Partner Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Legal. Experience with marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, Splash, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
