Customer Support Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Operations Manager to join our team at Ki Industries Inc. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our existing customer base.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Account Manager for assigned KI customers, as designated by your manager.
- Support the Sales Team on assigned accounts to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Facilitate communication of pertinent customer quotes, new parts, project information, changes, quality issues, problems, and status updates between sales, quote team, engineering, operations, quality control, finance, and all related departments.
- Communicate with and support plants and assigned customer accounts on an ongoing basis via electronic media to answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Manage data in IQMS, Quick Base CRM, and SharePoint to ensure the smooth processing of customer requirements.
- Perform duties and activities as outlined in KI's processes: Customer Communication KP1, RFQ KP2, and New Version RFQ KP2.2.
- Organize sample submission and PPAP activities.
- Handle contract review activities.
- Process customer corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand engineering concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes utilized by KI Industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce, and ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
