Job Summary:

Atmx is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in Mexico and South American countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Mexico and South American countries, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Research and implement new payment channels in Mexico and South American countries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide translation and liaison services for Spanish-related affairs, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Develop and maintain resources needed to support our operations in target countries.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in internet work, preferably in the overseas payment industry.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Chinese as working languages.
  • Familiarity with the overseas mobile internet industry and a passion for foreign cultures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Passion for learning, responsibility, self-motivation, empathy, and ability to think from others' perspectives.
