At Intugo, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for handling property and casualty claims, ensuring prompt and fair resolution for our policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deny, settle, or authorize payments to routine property/casualty claims based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable damage.
  • Correspond with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, attorneys, etc. to gather important information to support contested claims in court.
  • Identify accounts that require upper management review and maintain updated insurance information on customer records.
  • Assist customers with insurance claims and work with claims adjusters to ensure prompt payment of claims.
  • Work with body shops to ensure prompt repair of vehicles and provide correct data for insurance reports.
  • Handle an average of 120 claim accounts and update the batch to all new wrecked accounts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in claims or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.

  • Monthly base salary $17,300 ($3,300 weekly net).
