We are seeking a seasoned AI Transformation Catalyst to join our team of experts. As a key member of our implementation teams, you will drive the successful deployment of our AI solutions, empowering clients to unlock their full potential.

**About the Role**

The AI Transformation Catalyst role is instrumental in kickstarting our clients' AI transformation journey. You will work closely with clients to deeply understand their needs, develop tailored solution plans, and implement AI-driven projects that deliver tangible results.

This involves:

  • Partnering with clients' BI, finance, or operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
  • Developing and deploying AI-powered solutions, including data pipelines, advanced analytics, and machine learning models.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on strategic business outcomes, and ensuring effective adoption of our platform.

**Core Responsibilities**

As an AI Transformation Catalyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client-Focused Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design and implement AI-driven solutions that address their most critical challenges.
  • Solve the Client's First Use Case: Develop and deploy AI-powered projects that deliver tangible results and drive client success.
  • Iterative Feedback Loops: Engage in rapid iteration with clients, refining proposed solutions based on feedback and delivering continuous value.
  • Lead Client Adoption: Collaborate with clients' IT, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure effective adoption of our platform.
  • Business Strategy & Insights: Act as a trusted business advisor to clients, identifying further opportunities for AI-driven growth and influencing broader strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

**What We Require**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • A strong foundation in mathematics, particularly in statistical models and techniques.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Proficiency with Python and SQL.
  • Experience with forecasting models.
  • Experience with traditional machine learning models, supervised and unsupervised.
  • Experience with Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud platform (Lambda, EC2, Sagemaker, etc).
  • Proficiency using software version control tools such as GIT.
  • Experience with data engineering tools (Apache Spark, ETLs development) - Preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate technical solutions into strategic business outcomes.

**Estimated Salary**: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
