**Job Summary**
As the Head of National Compliance Office Mexico, you will serve as the primary advisor to the Kloeckner Metals Corporation on all matters related to the company's Compliance Management System. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations in Mexico are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including corruption prevention, antitrust law, data privacy, foreign trade law, and money laundering prevention.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to promote a positive and appropriate compliance culture within the organization
• Organize and conduct compliance training programs and develop awareness campaigns to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to improve and adapt the control framework, as well as perform planned or ad-hoc compliance reviews
• Investigate suspected internal compliance violations, including reporting and documentation
• Ensure compliance reporting and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
**Requirements:**
• Juris Doctor or Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field with a focus on compliance
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational service organization
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Proven experience in a compliance management role in a multinational service organization
• Expertise in legal requirements and controls, including anti-money laundering, collusion, bribery, etc.
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
