Job Title: Head of Human Resources

At Fronius, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's HR strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the effective management of HR systems, including Workday, to maintain high-quality data and ensure proper administration of HR-related documents and processes.
  • Represent Fronius Mexico SA de CV as an attractive employer to potential future and existing employees, and develop Employer Branding activities to enhance our reputation.
  • Ensure a transparent and well-organized recruiting and onboarding process, and support employee and leadership development measures.
  • Provide attractive salaries and benefits in line with local market benchmarks and global Fronius compensation structures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations, and drive the development of national HR processes in line with Fronius standards.
  • Main responsibility and contact person for all HR topics for employees and managers of the Fronius national subsidiary.
  • Collaborate with the global HR community and support leadership on all related HR topics.
  • Implement, improve, and ensure KPIs fulfillment.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
