Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Backlog Management: Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and estimate project tasks, ensuring accurate project roadmaps and schedules.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Regularly report on project status, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with development managers and teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience as a project manager or related role on complex technical projects at a software company.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background and experience with different SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
- Soft Skills: Tenacious, self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
