**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Logistics Leader to join our team at the Freudenberg Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics and customer service operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Logistics Management: Oversee the review of production scheduling and monitor production orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Review inventory levels and notify changes to production and planning teams to maintain customer compliance.
- Customer Service: Maintain constant communication with customers from requirement generation to delivery plan.
- Raw Material Inventory Management: Collaborate with planning teams to manage material requirements and follow up on supplier performance.
- Supplier Management: Monitor commercial terms with suppliers and issue complaints for underperforming suppliers.
- Traffic and Customs: Control air freight costs and operations with customs, including virtual operations.
- Returnable Containers: Coordinate the transport of empty containers back to the plant and maintain control of availability.
- Transportation: Coordinate transportation for delivery of finished products to customers and raw materials to the plant.
**Qualifications:**
- Functional/Technical Skills: Import/Export, Customs, SAP
- Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, Organized, Honest, Low supervision level
- Years and Type of Experience: 5 years in an international business with a focus on automotive industry
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor of International Trade, Bachelor of Logistics
