About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Service Support Representative to join our TUI Destination Team in Cancun, Mexico.
As a Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for proactively informing and communicating with guests in a digital way, supporting international guests in complex, sensitive, or emergency situations, and uncovering guests' holiday needs to match them with the right service solution.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a consistently happy colleague and great team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in crisis or difficult situations.
You will also need to be willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it, and all about our incredible products & services.
