Join Alfa Laval's Sales Team

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our sales team as a trainee. As a sales trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced sales team and learn the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products
  • Follow up qualified leads and convert them to orders in our CRM
  • Act as a team player strengthening the sales team by providing support to customers during the quotation process
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting customer needs
  • Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions
  • Keep databases up to date in the CRM tool, ensure quality in deliverables, and maintain continuous improvement to be competitive

About the Role:

This is a 12-month program that will provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow with our company. You will be working with a diverse and inclusive team that values care and empowerment.

Requirements:

  • Studying your last semester as a chemical, mechanical, mechatronic, or other engineering role
  • Looking for a sustainable company that can mitigate the risks of climate change
  • Ability to communicate in English (B2 to C1)
  • Strong skills in data analysis and passion for offering a unique experience to customers
