About the Role

In this exciting opportunity as an SAP Integration Service Management Analyst, you will have the chance to work with a leading global provider of news and information services, Thomson Reuters. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver SAP WRP and S4 Service Lifecycle Management: Ensure the reliability and availability of SAP systems, focusing on day-to-day operation and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Teams: Implement IT standards for SAP systems, working with different partners and teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor, Support, and Improve Services: Use incident, change, and problem management to improve services according to IT TR and SAP standards.
  • Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive SAP transformation through continuous process improvement and advisory on high-value propositions, considering best practices.
  • SAP Migration and Integration: Partner with application development teams to deliver operational readiness for new applications and features, and collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps for applications and processes.
  • Continual Service Improvement: Drive innovation in productivity, software quality, and reliability, meeting and exceeding SLAs.
  • Business Operational and Technical Metrics: Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure business success.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. If you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Fluent English: English is the primary language of communication in our company.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Experience in configuration, development, testing, and release is required.
  • Technical Skills: A broad understanding of technologies used to build and operate distributed application systems, including experience managing data center systems/infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of success participating in projects and initiatives, with strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills.
  • IT Service Management and Standards: Experience with ITIL knowledge and strong IT Service Management and standards experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
