Job Responsibilities:
Support employees and managers with high-quality responses to their people-related queries within a short time frame. This is the top priority for the role. Handle day-to-day transactions of different levels of complexity related to people processes across the Hire to Retire processes. Perform administrative work as needed by the team such as issuing offer letters, employment documentation not available in self-service, and other tasks. Manage global support like reorganizations, redundancy processing, etc. Support in bulk changes and uploads of data arising out of different projects or events. Perform recurrent data audits and ensure corrective actions are completed. Educate employees and raise awareness about the self-help options available for them in each opportunity. Build strong peer relationships within the team and the larger organization.
