**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Visa Coordinator to join our team at Believe Resourcing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all visa, work permit, and immigration-related matters for project team members working on offshore projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global client creating world-class sustainable solutions in the oil and gas, wind energy, marine, and infrastructure industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with governmental agencies and embassies to ensure smooth and timely processing of visas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and requirements for different countries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for project team members.
  • Assist in organizing project meetings, conferences, and events.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Previous offshore experience.
  • Experience working on a project (commissioning/construction/hookup).
  • Comfortable working offshore for 2-3 months.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Possess the following certifications: BOSIET/FOET, OGUK Medical, Yellow Fever card, Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

**Salary Range:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.

**Location:** Believed based on client location.
