The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our sales team by coordinating and distributing sales reports to ensure seamless communication between departments. This includes:

  • Monthly Order Intake (OI) to Annual Budget analysis
  • CYTD vs. PYTD variance measurement
  • Monthly sales order verification for commissions due to EagleBurgmann Agents
  • General sales report requests from the sales team and management

Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating and preparing monthly Sales Order Intake forecast by the 3rd day of each month
  • Measuring variance of Actual to Forecast by salesman
  • Coordinating and preparing annual Sales Budget targets for sales team members
  • Supporting Finance in gathering documentation requested by Auditors during Business Review Audits
  • Coordinating LEADs importing and management with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Managing Car Allowance Program drivers and submitting annual mileage reports
  • Reviewing FAVR Mileage Band history for adherence to Business Mileage requirements
  • Preparing EBUS Sales data for quarterly BAA BRM meetings

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual with excellent communication skills to fill this critical role. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Sales, or related field
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Availability to travel with a valid VISA and Passport
  • Experience with SAP C4C, CRM, and ERP systems
