Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage spa and salon reservations, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
  • Communicate with guests to confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide general spa orientation.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with spa providers to resolve scheduling issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or spa setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
