Talent Acquisition Lead at myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community in Mexico

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit open positions and lead a team of recruiters as a player/coach.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for professional positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating, and offering.
  • Develop and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy based on global TA standards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs.
  • Regularly report indicators and strategies to business leaders through effective communication.
  • Build a strong JLL Brand and attract top talent by developing strategies with the marketing team.
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives.
  • Promote the brand, values, and culture in every connection.
  • Analyze and report successes using technology tools like Tableau.
  • Delegate work, supervise, and lead your team to control the status and efficiency of open requisitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar is essential.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish/English is required.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in management.
  • Experience leading a recruiting team in a fast-paced professional service firm.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions based on sound judgment.
  • Stay current with the latest recruitment marketing trends and sourcing platforms.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of results, with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, supportive, and talented team.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Location: On-site - Mexico
