About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our digital services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trade programs, customer engagement strategies, and customer satisfaction agendas across our B2B sector.

As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will leverage our PepConnect platform to ensure customer satisfaction by providing visibility, follow-up, and valuable insights into PepsiCo's store execution and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive reward program execution consistency across the E2E process, from Pepsi Connect upload to customer rewards and problem-solving.
  • Ensure timely and right visibility to customers, manage doubts and complaints, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trade opportunities to maximize POS impact and space, connected to market, brand, and B2B digital strategy.
  • Maximize Trademarketing and reward recognition budget results and POS impact.
  • Track trade and customer rewards materials E2E process from Purchase order to placement to supplier payment.
  • Guarantee PepsiConnect app updates connected to trade and rewards strategies.
  • Manage rewards program KPIs tracking and redemption.
  • Measure and connect perfect store execution with B2B digital agenda.
  • Manage and communicate Rewards program rules changes.
  • Create and connect FL communication media with digital B2B agenda (playbook, toolkit, carta de ventas).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in eCommerce, Sales development, Trade Marketing, or Sales strategy.
  • Proven work experience related to Sales development or Trade marketing.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented.
  • Talent Development, People-oriented.
  • Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Makes things happen, Setting the Agenda.
  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese desirable.
  • Nice to have basic experience with Power Bi.
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
